Vince Neil is an American musician recognized for his lead vocalist role in the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. He fronted the band from its inception in 1981 until his departure in 1992, reuniting in 1996 and performing until their retirement in 2015, and again from their 2018 reunion onwards. Neil has also launched three studio albums as a solo artist, with his latest, Tattoos & Tequila, released in 2010. His visual style and unique singing voice are distinctive in the American glam metal scene of the 1980s.
