Verónika Mendoza(Peruvian-French Politician, Educator, and Psychologist)

Verónika Mendoza is a Peruvian-French psychologist, educator, and politician. She founded the New Peru movement and began her political career in the Peruvian Nationalist Party. Mendoza later established her own political party, the Sowing Movement, and joined the Broad Front coalition after being elected to the Peruvian Congress. She ran for President of Peru in the 2016 and 2021 general elections, advocating for progressive policies and social justice. Despite significant support, she did not qualify for the run-off in either election.
