Tristan Gale is a former American skeleton racer acclaimed for her exceptional accomplishments in the sport. She gained recognition for winning the first-ever women’s skeleton championship at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Gale further solidified her success by earning a second gold medal at her home track in Salt Lake during the 2002–2003 season, as well as a bronze medal at the 2003 FIBT World Championships in Nagano. Retiring before the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Gale achieved her highest overall seasonal finish in the Skeleton World Cup in 2002–2003, finishing in third place.
