Tom Aikens is an accomplished English Michelin-starred chef known for his successful stints in London and Paris restaurants. He achieved great acclaim during his tenure as head chef and chef patron at Pied à Terre, where the restaurant earned two Michelin stars under his leadership. Aikens currently operates the acclaimed Michelin-starred London restaurant Muse, which opened in January 2020, as well as three hotel eateries in Abu Dhabi. He has also made appearances on television shows such as Great British Menu, showcasing his culinary expertise as both a contestant and veteran chef judge.
