Tito Santana, a well-known American professional wrestler, trainer, and retired school teacher, spent his entire career as a beloved babyface. He achieved fame during his tenure with the World Wrestling Federation from 1979 to 1993, capturing the WWF Intercontinental Heavyweight Championship twice and the WWF Tag Team Championship twice. Santana also triumphed in the 1989 King of the Ring tournament and played a significant role in the transition from the 1980s “Rock ‘n Wrestling Connection” era to the 1990s “New Generation” era. Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2013, Santana remains active with appearances on the independent circuit.
