Theodore Nathaniel Epstein is an accomplished American Major League Baseball executive known for his success in ending historic World Series droughts for two teams. He was instrumental in the Boston Red Sox winning their first championship in 86 years in 2004 while serving as vice president and general manager. Epstein later became the president of baseball operations for the Chicago Cubs, guiding them to their first World Series victory in 108 years in 2016.
