Siamand Rahman, a highly accomplished Iranian Paralympic powerlifter, gained international acclaim for his exceptional achievements in the sport. He secured gold medals at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio, and the 2010 Asian Para Games in Guangzhou. Rahman broke numerous world records in the +107 kg category, including the IPC Powerlifting World Record, the junior world record, and the Paralympic Championship Record. Sadly, his remarkable career was cut short by his untimely passing in 2020.
