Sharadchandra Govindrao Pawar is a prominent Indian politician who has served as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra for four terms. He has also been a Minister in the Union Council Of Ministers. Pawar is the first president of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and leads his faction in the Rajya Sabha. In addition to his political career, Pawar has played a significant role in cricket administration, having served as the President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the International Cricket Council (ICC). He received the Padma Vibhushan in 2017.
