Richard Krajicek is a retired professional tennis player from the Netherlands. He is best known for winning the men’s singles title at Wimbledon in 1996, making him the only Dutch male player to achieve this feat. Krajicek reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 4 in March 1999. After retiring from professional tennis, he took on the role of tournament director at the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament in Rotterdam. He has also written several sports books.
