Neil Antony Back MBE is a retired rugby union player who represented England and the British & Irish Lions. He played for Nottingham RFC and Leicester Tigers, serving as captain for both teams. Following his playing career, he took on the role of Player/Defensive Coach at Leicester Tigers. Back was involved in three World Cups and three Lions tours, earning 66 caps for England, with 16 tries and 1 drop goal to his name. He later transitioned to coaching, working as an Assistant Coach at Leicester Tigers and accumulating more than a decade of coaching experience.
