Bill Cooper, an American conspiracy theorist, radio broadcaster, and author, is most famous for his book Behold a Pale Horse, which exposed global conspiracies, including those related to extraterrestrial life. He also claimed that HIV/AIDS was a man-made disease targeting specific populations and alleged the existence of a cure before its official release. Cooper was known as a “militia theoretician” due to his views on government control and conspiracies. Unfortunately, his life came to a tragic end in 2001 when he was killed by sheriff’s deputies during an attempted arrest.
