Larry Brown is a well-known American basketball coach and former player with an impressive career. He is the only coach to have won both an NCAA national championship and an NBA title. Brown has a lifetime professional coaching record in the ABA and NBA and is the sole coach in NBA history to lead eight teams to the playoffs. He also found success as a player, winning an ABA championship and an Olympic Gold Medal. Brown’s achievements have led to his induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame and his reception of the prestigious Chuck Daly Lifetime Achievement Award.
