Jonah Barrington is a retired Irish/English squash player known for winning the British Open six times between 1967 and 1973. He was a dominant force in squash during his career and earned the nickname “Mr. Squash.” Barrington has also made a mark as a coach, working with Egyptian world no.1 Mohamed El Shorbagy and Israeli squash player Daniel Poleshchuk. Additionally, he co-authored the book “Murder in the Squash Court: the Only Way to Win” in 1982.
