Jo Jo White was a highly accomplished professional basketball player known for his successful career with the Boston Celtics. He was drafted 9th overall in the 1969 NBA draft and played ten seasons with the Celtics, winning NBA Finals in 1974 and 1976. White was named Finals MVP in 1976 and was a seven-time NBA All-Star. He set a Celtics record with 488 consecutive games played and had his No. 10 jersey retired by the team in 1982. In 2015, he was rightfully inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
