Jeffrey Thomas Pain, also known as Jeff Pain, is a retired skeleton racer from the United States who later became a Canadian citizen. Throughout his 15-year career, he achieved great success with 22 World Cup podium finishes out of 74 starts, which included ten wins. Pain also secured three World Championship medals and an Olympic silver medal. He claimed the men’s Skeleton World Cup overall title twice and competed for Canada in multiple Olympic Games. Upon retiring from competitive racing, Pain transitioned into coaching and was named as the coach of the Chinese skeleton team in 2015.
