Grant Hackett is a retired Australian swimmer known for his outstanding accomplishments in distance swimming. He won two Olympic gold medals in the men’s 1500 meters freestyle event at the 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics, as well as a gold medal in the 4 × 200 meters freestyle relay. Hackett set multiple long-course world records and claimed 10 long-course world championship gold medals. Following his retirement, he worked for the Nine Network and served as the captain of the Australian swimming team. He currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Generation Life.
