Frank Worrell, a legendary Barbadian cricketer and Jamaican senator, was a stylish right-handed batsman and left-arm seam bowler who captained the West Indies cricket team in the 1950s. He was part of “The Three Ws” alongside Weekes and Walcott, forming a formidable trio in West Indian cricket. Worrell was involved in two 500-run partnerships, a rare achievement, and was honored with the Frank Worrell Trophy for the Test series between Australia and West Indies. He has been inducted into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame and is often compared to Nelson Mandela for his contributions to the sport.
