Frank Hansen is a retired Norwegian rower who excelled in the double sculls event. He initially partnered with Svein Thøgersen, winning silver at the 1972 Olympics and European Championships. From 1974 onwards, he teamed up with his brother Alf, achieving significant success. They secured silver at the 1974 World Championships and went on to win gold at the 1975, 1978, and 1979 World Championships, as well as the 1976 Olympics.
