Eric Carr, also known as Paul Charles Caravello, was an American drummer who gained recognition for his time in the legendary rock band Kiss. He joined the group in 1980 after replacing departing drummer Peter Criss. Adopting the persona of “The Fox,” Carr played a crucial role in enhancing Kiss’s music and stage performance. His energetic drumming style and creative contributions made a lasting impression on the band and the rock music industry. Tragically, Carr passed away in 1991 from heart cancer.
