Ellen Key was a prominent Swedish feminist writer known for her work in family life, ethics, and education. She advocated for a child-centered approach to education and parenting, and was a key figure in the Modern Breakthrough movement. Her most famous book, “Barnets århundrade” (1900), translated as “The Century of the Child” in 1909, made significant contributions to the discourse on education and children’s rights.
