David Wetherill is a British international table tennis player recognized for his accomplishments despite having Multiple Epiphyseal Dysplasia. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Chemistry from the University of Sheffield. Wetherill has competed for Great Britain at three international Paralympic Games and secured medals at the 2015 European Championships. He was chosen to represent the GB Paralympic Table Tennis Team at the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games. Additionally, Wetherill is actively involved in charity work, providing support to cancer patients at the Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
