David Wayne Culley is a seasoned American football coach with vast experience in collegiate and professional levels. With a total of 45 years in coaching, he spent 27 years as an assistant coach in the NFL. Culley notably served under Andy Reid with the Philadelphia Eagles, reaching a Super Bowl, and later with the Kansas City Chiefs. He took on the role of head coach for the Houston Texans in 2021 but was let go after one season due to a 4–13 record.
