He has had a successful career in kickboxing, holding titles such as the former It’s Showtime heavyweight champion and finishing as a runner-up in the Glory Heavyweight Grand Slam tournament. With a reputation for his strong low kicks and left hook, Ghiță is affectionately known as the “Savage Samurai” and is regarded as one of the greatest kickboxers of all time.
