Dan Henderson is a retired American mixed martial artist and Olympic wrestler. He competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship as a middleweight and held titles in organizations such as Strikeforce and Pride Fighting Championships. Henderson made history as the only double champion in Pride FC and the first fighter to hold two titles in different weight classes simultaneously in a major MMA promotion. Throughout his career, Henderson challenged for multiple championships and retired as the oldest fighter on the UFC roster following UFC 204.
