Clay Regazzoni, a Swiss racing driver, was renowned for his competitive spirit and success in Formula One. Competing from 1970 to 1980, he won five Grands Prix. Beginning his career with Ferrari, he achieved his first victory at the 1970 Italian Grand Prix. Regazzoni then drove for BRM before rejoining Ferrari for three additional years. He later raced for Ensign, Shadow, and Williams, where he secured the team’s first Grand Prix win. Tragically, his career came to an end in 1980 following a paralyzing accident.
