Bruce Arians is a former NFL coach and current American football executive. He is known for his aggressive playcalling philosophy summed up in the slogan “No risk-it, no biscuit.” Arians started his head coaching career as an interim coach for the Indianapolis Colts, winning AP NFL Coach of the Year honors. He went on to coach the Arizona Cardinals, guiding them to postseason achievements and earning a second Coach of the Year award. Arians then led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a Super Bowl win before moving into a consulting role.
