Boris Isachenko is a retired Belarusian archer who achieved individual silver medals at the 1980 Olympics and 1983 European Championships while competing for the Soviet Union. Following his athletic career, he transitioned to sports administration, serving with the Soviet State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports and later with the Belarus Ministry of Sports. Isachenko founded the Robin Hood Archery Club and joined the Belarusian Archery Federation. Since 1998, he has been coaching the Belarusian archery team and has been a member of the Belarusian Olympic Committee since 2002.
