Babu Chiri Sherpa, a celebrated Sherpa mountaineer from Nepal, accomplished remarkable feats on Mount Everest. He scaled the peak ten times, setting two world records for his exceptional achievements. One of his records stands as the longest time spent on the summit without supplemental oxygen, lasting 21 hours. Babu also achieved the fastest ascent of Everest in a mere 16 hours and 56 minutes. In addition to his mountaineering success, Babu aimed to give back to his community by fulfilling his vision of creating schools in Nepal.
