Adolf Faustine Mkenda is a prominent Tanzanian politician with a background in economics. He has served in key government roles such as Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Education, Science, and Technology. Prior to his ministerial positions, Mkenda held the position of Permanent Secretary in various ministries. Additionally, he is an associate professor of Economics at the University of Dar es Salaam. Mkenda is an active member of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi party and currently represents the Rombo constituency in the Tanzanian Parliament since November 2020.
