Ab Wolders is a former strongman and world champion powerlifter from the Netherlands. He achieved significant success in strongman competitions, including finishing as runner-up at the World’s Strongest Man competition twice. Wolders also won Europe’s Strongest Man title and was twice named the Strongest Man of the Netherlands. In powerlifting, he clinched the IPF World Powerlifting Championships in 1984. Even in his later years, Wolders continued to compete and excelled, becoming a world champion powerlifter in the Masters III category in 2012 and 2014.
