Rick “Grizzly” Brown was a renowned American powerlifter, strength athlete, and professional Strongman competitor. He participated in the World’s Strongest Man events in 1985 and 1986. Starting with amateur wrestling and powerlifting in his youth, Brown transitioned to focusing on strength training. He even held a Guinness World Record for having the largest biceps. Following his retirement from strongman competitions, Brown dedicated his time to working as a campus monitor and school safety officer. In this role, he mentored students and contributed to the school community. Throughout his career, Brown trained alongside other strongman competitors.
