Daniel Tosh is an American comedian, writer, and producer known for his deliberately offensive and controversial style of black comedy. He graduated with a degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in comedy. Tosh gained recognition after a performance on the Late Show with David Letterman in 2001. He went on to appear in various national shows and eventually landed his own 30-minute special on Comedy Central Presents. From 2009 to 2020, he hosted the Comedy Central series Tosh.0, showcasing popular Internet video clips with his comedic commentary. Tosh also embarked on a series of successful comedy tours from 2010 to 2015.
