Terence Hillary Albritton was a renowned American track and field athlete, shot put world record holder, and coach. He brought Soviet training methods to the US, focusing on power cleans, plyometrics, and fast twitch muscle training. Albritton was a strength coach at the University of Hawaii and later a teacher and assistant football coach at St. Anthony School in Hawaii. He also trained professional athletes, such as Shane Victorino of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Albritton sadly passed away in Cambodia while working on a screenplay.
