Conrad Gerard Smith, a former New Zealand rugby union player, transitioned into coaching after retiring from the sport. He played as a centre and captained the Hurricanes in Super Rugby. Smith represented New Zealand from 2004 to 2015, winning the Rugby World Cup in 2011 and 2015. Following his international career, he played for Pau in France before retiring in 2018. Smith then moved into coaching, starting as a coach at Pau and eventually becoming the club’s High Performance Manager. Additionally, he worked for International Rugby Players while based in Dublin.
