Throughout the Civil War, he innovatively utilized a mobile studio to document striking battlefield scenes, offering the public a glimpse into the harsh realities of war. Unfortunately, Brady faced financial difficulties after the war as his photographic style fell out of favor, eventually leading to his death in debt.
