Mark Inglis is a well-known New Zealand mountaineer, researcher, winemaker, and motivational speaker. He holds a degree in Human Biochemistry and has conducted research on leukaemia. Despite being a double leg amputee, he excelled in cycling and won a silver medal at the 2000 Summer Paralympics. Notably, Inglis became the first double amputee to reach the summit of Mount Everest. He is actively involved as a goodwill ambassador for the Everest Rescue Trust and is the founder of the charitable trust Limbs4All. In addition, he is the creator of PeakFuel, a range of sports drinks and energy gels.
