Kusuma Wardhani is a well-known Indonesian archer and Olympic silver medalist. She excelled in archery during the 1980s, winning numerous medals in individual recurve events at the Southeast Asian Games. Wardhani and her teammates achieved a historic milestone by winning Indonesia’s first Olympic medal in archery at the 1988 Olympics. After retiring from competitive sports, she assumed a leadership position as the head of the Education, Youth, and Sports Office in Bali, where she played a key role in advancing sports and education in the area.
