Mangano founded Clean Boss, a company specializing in cleaning products, and authored the autobiography “Inventing Joy” in 2017. She served as the inspiration for the 2015 film “Joy,” featuring Jennifer Lawrence. In 2021, Mangano launched a reality competition show for aspiring entrepreneurs called “America’s Big Deal” on the USA Network.
